Wellstar Health System invites kids to join KidoKinetics and participate in their Adventure Course! KidoKinetics offers a playful introduction to sport for kids, ages 1-10, that makes real exercise really fun! Each session will have 3 stations including an obstacle course and 2 different sports. Kids will complete a warm-up, break out into stations based on age, and then learn 2 new sports with coaches helping along the way.

Each session will feature different sports, so please join in on the fun all summer long!
