Spring Equinox Meditations and Vision Board Workshop at YogaSix
Join YogaSix on the 19th of March at 12pm for their spring equinox meditations & vision board workshop. Kristin will be leading a guided mediation with breathing techniques to help visualize what we see for ourselves for the spring equinox leading towards summer. This session will be followed by 90 minutes of building vision boards.
