This release of Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon – Golden Ratio Batch will be the first batch format release of Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon, that will feature three barrels, bottled at cask strength. This batch features ASW’s high-wheat bourbon finished with Georgia White Oak heartwood staves, smoked on a Big Green Egg using two methods: direct and indirect heat.

Each of these barrels were first aged in charred White Oak barrels for 4 years and were then rebarreled into secondary new charred oak casks. Master Distiller Justin Manglitz then hand-harvested GA White Oak heartwood staves, which were seasoned and sent to Big Green Egg. Two of the barrels selected for this batch were finished with staves toasted using indirect heat on the a Big Green Egg with a convEGGtor plate, and one barrel was finished with heartwood staves charred directly over an open flame.

Tickets will reserve your bottle of this extremely limited release! Pick up your bottle on July 9th anytime from 5-8 pm at the ASW at the Battery Atlanta location. If you are unable to attend this release, they will hold your bottle for up to 60 days.
